Promotes independence for child with a disability

My son is almost 6 years old and has Down syndrome. He knows, and can do, all the parts to going potty but was refusing to do so independently and potty time was becoming increasingly challenging.

He is a visual learner and follows each step of the video on the app. We now hand him the iPhone or iPad with the app running when it is potty time and he does each step, independently. Without us commanding, hes much happier and potty time is no longer a struggle. Hes even starting to tell us, "potty please!"

In just one week we went from fighting and throwing fits during potty time to cooperation and him being so proud of his success.

I would love to see an option demonstrating standing up. I would also love to see a tracking chart so we can track progress for school to know what happens at home and vice versa with times. Though I really dont think well need to track for much longer!
